Details: Beginning late May 2026, the rooms at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort will undergo planned refurbishment through the end of January 2027. During this time, Guests may see or hear construction work in the area, and alternate paths of travel may be in place.

Details: From May 2026 through January 2027, Guest rooms at Jambo House at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge will undergo refurbishment. During these times, Guests may see or hear construction work in the area. All amenities will remain available throughout the refurbishment.

Details: Beginning Aug. 17, the lobby and nearby areas at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge – Kidani Village will undergo refurbishment in phases. The work is expected to be completed in early Nov. Closures will take place in phases: - Aug. 17–Oct. 9: The main lobby and primary entrance will be closed. During this time, check-in will move to the Palace Library. - Aug. 17–28: Johari Treasures will be closed. - Sept. 28–Oct. 9: The north side lobby corridor will be closed. During this time, the north side lobby elevators on the second floor and outdoor terrace observation deck will be unavailable. - Oct. 26–Nov. 6: The south side lobby corridor will be closed. During this time, Community Hall, Safari So Good Arcade, the laundry room, the Palace Library, lobby restrooms and outdoor terrace observation deck will be unavailable. Guests may see or hear construction activity in the lobby area during daytime hours, including periods of more noticeable noise, until the work is complete.

Details: Construction at the Polynesian Village Resort in 2026 will primarily focus on the new main entrance, with the project running through 2026 or into 2027. While the resort's pools and dining will remain open, the main entrance roadway and bus area are being reconfigured, which may cause construction noise and visual impacts, especially during daytime hours.

Details: Guest rooms in the Magnolia Bend at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside will undergo refurbishment. During this time, guests may see or hear construction work in the area.

Details: The FriendShip Boat dock at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort will be closed for maintenance. During this closure, there will be direct bus transportation available to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Guests visiting EPCOT will be able to use walkways from Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort to the EPCOT International Gateway.

Details: Disney’s Yacht Club Resort is undergoing routine exterior maintenance through late 2026.

Details: Yachtsman Steakhouse will close in May 2026 for a refresh, with reopening expected by August 2026.
