Aunt Cass Cafe will open in the summer of 2023!

When San Fransokyo officially completes its transfomation by mid-August of 2023, guests can look forward to exploring this transformed land which will include refreshed dining experiences. Among these will be Aunt Cass Café, which Disney shares is “the second bakery café operated by Hiro’s loving aunt,” and “will serve dishes, soups in freshly-baked Boudin sourdough bread bowls and more inspired by Japanese cuisine.”
